Personal Calling… A “Ministry” of Sorts

Winformation for Life is a “ministry” of sorts for me. Through my podcast, Winformation for Life (coming soon) I will share information on improving communication, relationships, self-esteem, working through unresolved emotions, improving lifestyle behaviors and learning to like/love oneself. I have been taught so many skills from working through my own issues and want to share those skills to help others do the same! Healthier individuals means healthier families, groups and eventually society!

Winformation for Life! What does that mean? It means:

  • Life is short. Let’s learn the healthiest physical and emotional tools for dealing with the curve balls life throws!

  • Connections and relationships are what bring people the most joy in life. They also seem to bring about a whole lot of pain! Let’s learn to communicate in effective ways. Let’s learn to let go of defenses that drive wedges between us and those we love. Let’s learn to allow ourselves the gift and joy of being real enough to draw close to one another rather than pushing people away.

  • Some people are their own best advocates! Most aren’t. Let’s learn to quit bringing about the majority of our own misery through our own thoughts and behaviors.

  • We are created with all the wisdom we need to make healthy decisions. That wisdom often gets shrouded by self-doubt resulting from bullying, neglect, trauma, loss, and other sources of emotional pain. Let’s learn to uncover, feel and move beyond the pain of the past that hinders our health and happiness in the present.

Let’s learn together how to live in alignment with our values, to identify the obstacles that get in our way of doing so, and to learn tools for removing those obstacles. Let’s work together to learn to like and even love ourselves! THEN we can be role models for family, friends and society. Healthier individuals means healthier families, groups and eventually society! Gotta start somewhere! Let’s start with self!
